Tom Spry, Founder
For nearly 30 years, Tom has led successful executive and board-level searches exclusively in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
Tom clearly understand the strategic direction of the restaurant and hospitality industry and the type of talent that companies need to win in the current marketplace. His intrinsic strategic insight comes from hands-on roles in restaurant operations and recruiting across early-stage, mid-market, and multinational organizations.
Before founding his firm in 1999, Tom established and developed the Restaurant and Hospitality Division as an Executive Senior Partner for the Lucas Group.
Tom earned a B.A. from San Francisco State University where he serves on the Advisory Board of its School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and is a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals.
